How much notice do you need
to deliver Gift Balloon Bouquets?
Let us know as early as you can.
It is best to order at least a day prior
to delivery date for availability.
Especially for Holiday Bouquets
such as Valentine's Day.
However, more often than not we are able
to deliver the same day you order.
But, you never know if it's too short
notice unless you call.
Why do I get a Cell phone ringtone when I call?
Because we are an On-the-Go Business & because your call is important to us occasionally our calls are forwarded to cell phones, so we can receive a your message or call on-the-go. If you call and it seems to sound like a cell phone ring/ringtone, please leave a message when prompted and we will return your call as soon as we can.
Can you add a special card or attachment...etc.
I already have to the Gift Balloon Bouquet?
Probably. Of course it may depend on what it is.
Just let us know and give us a call to be sure.
Keep in mind we will need to get it from you
prior to the delivery. So allow for the extra time.
How much notice do you need
if I want High Quantities of Balloons?
Notice depends on availability
of your color scheme and the amount desired,
it is best to pre-order in advance about a week or so.
But, more often than not we have
what you need on hand.
When in doubt please call us.
I already have balloons, Can you fill them?
Yes. We can fill balloons you may already have.
But, it is usually cost, quality, & time-wise
to just use ours.
We will forgive your first Offense! : )
Do you rent out Helium Tanks?
Sorry, no we do not rent out Helium Tanks.
I need balloons on a Sunday?
What are my options?
We are closed on Sundays, but latex balloons
treated with Hi-float should still be up the next day.
So we could deliver the balloons to you on Saturday.
Note: Sometimes we will deliver on a Sunday for
special circumstances or a specific
Sunday Holiday like Mother's Day.
Please call for possible availability.
Can I pick-up some balloons
without having them delivered?
Sure. However, it is less handling of the balloons
for us to just deliver them to you. Plus why make
an extra trip? After all...it's what we do!

Do you carry themed party plates & cups?
Sorry, No, but we could probably direct you to a store
that provides paper products for parties.
I didn't get an answer when I called
during business hours, how do I contact you?
We were either on a delivery or unable to answer your call at that time. It's important you leave a message when directed on the voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible. We are an On-the-Go Business and your call is important to us. Call back and leave a message. Don't forget your name and number(s) where you can be reached.
